With this service your friends and family back home can call you on a local number from their city. The call will be forwarded to your home phone or cell phone wherever you live.

Virtual Numbers are available in several countries/cities. Please select your country/city combination from the drop down menu below. If your country/city is not listed, check back as we are continually adding new locations.

   

How much does it cost?
The monthly fee is $9.99 and it will allow you to receive an unlimited number of calls. There is no setup fee or any other costs involved.
The use of the Virtual Number Service is subject to certain terms and conditions.

 

To order a Virtual Number please follow these steps:
1. Select the country/city where you want your Virtual Number to be assigned, press continue and finalize the transaction.
2. Check your email address. You will receive the Virtual Number together with instructions.
3. Log into your account and set the number where you want your calls to be forwarded.

Enter the number you want to forward your calls to and verify if it matches the allowed destinations. In order to verify its validity, you have to enter it in the international format including the country and area code.

How can I cancel this service?
You can cancel your Virtual Number anytime by deleting it from your account or by calling our customer service number:
1-866-535-8095. There are no penalties for canceling service.
